I like to keep my Box Braids in for 8 weeks at most so that i dont risk getting any knots and suffer tangles which lead to severe breakage. I do wash and deep condition my hair under my braids or weaves at least every two weeks.
Bun 2-3 days
Cornrows for 4 weeks
Bun 1 week
I moisturize and seal my hair in between the days that my hair is out and not in a bun
