Hi all
Its been a while since i updated you on how my daughters natural hair has been doing. It feels good knowing that i have at the moment failed to fully transition back to natural but my daughter is giving me that experience of being natural by looking after her hair and starting to school her early so that she will not make the mistake i did of putting my trust in my hair stylist to take care of my hair, but she will be able to take control of what product goes into her hair, how to handle it and the correct accessories she will need to achieve healthy hair and whatever length she wants in future.
So to begin with after her first ever mini deep condition she has been in mini box braids all i did to take care of hair hair and keep her braids looking neat was spray her hair 3-4 times a week with African Pride Dream Kids Braid Spray then oil her scalp 3 times a week with regular pharmacy cold pressed castor oil. I washed her her 3 times for the 6 weeks she was in braids that was after every 2 weeks until the day her braids were out. Just used her ORS Olive oil girls detangler to loosen the few knots that were at the roots and Washday was a breeze she is beginning to enjoy and its made it easy and lots of fun for both of us. I just used the ORS uplifting shampoo to wash her hair once then conditioned and let it airdry. I blow dried her hair when it was almost dry using a heat protection serum on very low heat the 1st setting, then put her hair in four mini buns and we were done. Her hair will rest for a month and then i will install cornrows for another 6 weeks then we start all over again.
HERE ARE SOME OF HER HAIR PICS AND .......
Yes she loves everything mummy especially my earrings....lol

My daughter just turned 3 and i try to keep her regimen very simple. Her hair is natural and will keep it that way for a very long time, I wash my daughters hair- twice a month because her hair is always in braids twists or cornrows though i do oil her scalp regularly and spray her hair with my homemade spritz of vegetable glycerine and water to keep it soft. Until she gets older will stick to this regimen
